Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Lite Payroll PH ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

Lite Payroll PH is a web-based payroll management tool designed to help Philippine businesses automate the computation and record-keeping of employee compensation, including government-mandated contributions and withholding taxes. The Service provides:

  • Automated computation of SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR withholding tax
  • Pay run management and payslip generation (PDF)
  • Government form generation: BIR Form 2316, SSS R3, PhilHealth RF-1, Pag-IBIG MCRF
  • Employee records management with encrypted storage of government IDs
  • Payroll reports and year-to-date summaries

2. Important Disclaimer — Not Professional Accounting Advice

Lite Payroll PH is a calculation tool. It is NOT:

  • A licensed accounting firm or Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
  • An accredited tax agent or BIR-registered filing system
  • A substitute for professional payroll or tax advice

Computations generated by the Service are based on publicly available government circulars (SSS Circular No. 2024-006, PhilHealth Circular 2023-0014, HDMF Circular No. 460, TRAIN Law). You are responsible for verifying all amounts before submission to government agencies. The Service is not liable for penalties, surcharges, or interest arising from errors in your filings.

3. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Be a duly authorized representative of the business or company on whose behalf you are managing payroll
  • Provide accurate company registration and account information
  • Not be barred from using the Service under applicable Philippine law

4. Your Account

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must not share your account with unauthorized persons. You may invite team members using the built-in team management feature.
  • Notify us immediately at 1982gaya@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Philippine law
  • Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading employee or company information
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or gain unauthorized access to the Service's systems
  • Use automated scripts or bots to abuse the Service beyond normal usage limits

6. Subscription and Billing

  • The Free plan is available at no cost with a limit of 5 active employees. Paid plans (Basic, Pro) unlock additional features and employee capacity.
  • Payments are currently processed manually via GCash. Upon payment, plan upgrades are activated within 24 hours after confirmation by our team.
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable unless the Service experiences a material failure that prevents normal use for more than 7 consecutive days.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lite Payroll PH and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to tax penalties, government surcharges, or loss of business arising from use of or reliance on the Service.

Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to the Service in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to the Service or other users. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
